Is the PowerSuite a bunch of CDs or an All-in-One CD?
This is an All-in-One CD.
Are all the utilities included in one CD?
Yes.
Are all the utilities in the CD fully functional?
Yes.
Can the CD work on all brands of computers?
Yes.
Can the CD work on all Windows?
Yes.
Can the CD be used more than one time?
Yes.
Can the CD be used on more than one computer?
Yes. One license can be used on three computers.
What is CD image file (ISO file)?
Image file is a file with with the ".ISO" filename extension. It is also called PowerSuite ISO file.
A CD image file is an exact binary copy of an entire CD. A CD image file contains complete data stored on the source, including not only its files and folders, but also system-specific data. Actually, a CD image is not a collection of files or folders but an exact duplicate of the raw data of the original CD.
Where to download the image file (ISO file)?
After installing the PowerSuite, please launch the PowerSuite and download the ISO file(Spotmau_onlybootcd.iso) from PowerSuite BootCare. Please refer to the following pic:
If you purchased other Spotmau products except for PowerSuite, the ISO files will be downloaded with the Spotmau.exe file. Just double-click the EXE file to extract the PowerSuite.ISO.
How to burn a CD from its image file?
Using your own burning software is NOT recommended. Since most of them are designed for multitask, it is not easy to find the function of "Burning from CD image file".
We will provide a simple burning software (less than 1MB) specially designed for CD image file burning purpose. With the help of it, anybody can burn a PowerSuite CD successfully.
Do I have to download something?
No. If you have checked the "Get it On CD" when making your purchase, you can simply ignore the downloading link and wait for your physical CD to arrive.
Do I have to burn a CD?
No. If you do not have a CD burner or if you do not want to burn a CD, please check the "Get it On CD" when making your purchase.
Is there any difference between the CD and download?
No difference.
Does this CD include Microsoft Windows?
Please be aware that this is a utility CD, NOT a Microsoft Windows CD. This utility CD can help you install Windows easily, but you must get your own Windows CD first.
How do your password utilities work?
We list some examples below:
- This CD can reset the Windows admin password to original blank. (Note: No tool can find out the Windows admin password).
- This CD can find out the passwords of Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook 2000 (POP3 and SMTP Accounts only), Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003/2007 (POP3, IMAP, HTTP and SMTP Accounts).
- For Instant Messenger (ex. Windows Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc.), Dial-up, web logon dialog-box , this CD can find out the password if you have ever chosen the "remember the password" option.
- For Yahoo mail and Hotmail/MSN mail, this CD can find out the password if you use Windows Messenger, or MSN Messenger, or Yahoo Messenger.
- For Gmail, this CD can find out the password if the password is saved by Gmail Notifier application.
- For Netscape 6.x/7.x, this CD can find out the password if the password is not encrypted with master password.
- For Mozilla Thunderbird, Firefox, this CD can find out the password if the password is not encrypted with master password.
- This CD can find out what's behind the asterisks.

What bearing does your password tool have on computer security?
Our password tool is designed for administrators, not for "crackers". The product has no bearing on computer/Windows security rating, because it requires physical access to the machine. In any computer system, true security from break-ins is achievable only by isolating the machine from distrusted individuals.
Is this CD sold at any retailers?
Currently you can only purchase this CD directly from our website.
I do not have a CD writer but I need to fix PC NOW!
Sorry, if you do not have a CD writer, you have to order the CD by checking the "Get it On CD" when you purchase and wait for your physical CD to arrive.
Of course, if you need to fix any PC problem now, you can use the "We Fix It For You", our engineers will solve your problems immediately.
Why should I pay for it if I can get a free one?
A customer ever asked us such a question: "Hi! If I continuously surf the Internet I may be able to find CDs or software applications that do the same as yours does but for free! Why should I pay for it if I can get a free on?".
The answer can be very simple: Linux is a free operating system. But why most of us still prefer to pay for Microsoft Windows?
