When you pay, we will handle the conversion for you.

When can I expect to receive the CD?
Please note that if you want to receive a physical CD you need to check the "Get it On CD" when making you purchase.
We will ship off the CD via US post office in 24 hours (Monday to Friday) once payment is received.
US address: It will take 3~5 working days. However, there may be times when it will take up to 7 working days for you to receive the CD.
International address: It will take 4~8 working days. However, there may be times when it will take up to 12 working days for you to receive the CD.
If you have paid by money order or check, please wait for 4 MORE days.

I am not in USA. Will I be subject to import duties and taxes?
No. We will ship the CD directly to your mailing address via US post office.

I have not received my CD.
Please review "When can I expect to receive the CD?" above.
Please contact us with your payment information (such as order ID, email, product name, address...) if you have not received your CD after 7 working days for US buyers, or 12 working days for non-US buyers. If you have paid by money order or check, please wait for 4 MORE days.

Why you don't reply my email?
Normally we will reply each email within 1~4 hours. During busy periods this may take longer but it is not expected to exceed 12 hours.
Public email service users (ex. MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL): our email may be filtered into your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder. So if you do not get our reply within 12 hours, please check your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder, especially for MSN and Hotmail users, or use your alternative email address to contact us.
