What kind of payment options can I use?
We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Credit Card by Fax, and Invoice.
Below is a brief description of each option and the process to follow your order through to completion.
Credit Card: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Check Card, Eurocard and MasterMoney. All orders are processed in real time and upon completion an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your purchase. This option is recommended and you can begin to download the software instantly. For all other options you will not receive your order until we have received payment.
Bank/Wire Transfer: Depending on your location, once you click "Place Your Order" you will either be provided with payment instructions on your monitor or you will be advised that an invoice will be posted to you. European customers who receive an invoice by postal mail may use the invoice to pay by bank/wire transfer or GIRO.
Check/Money Order: Once you click "Place Your Order" payment instructions will be presented to you on your monitor. After choosing this option you will need to send a check or money order to the address listed on the final page. Your registration will not be complete until funds have been received.
Fax - Credit Card: Once you click "Place Your Order" payment instructions will be presented to you on your monitor. The fax number will be presented at the bottom of the final page. Once we receive your completed information we will process the order as soon as possible.
Invoice: Once you click "Place Your Order" payment instructions will be presented to you on your monitor. After you submit your order a printable invoice will be displayed in your web browser. After printing the invoice, you will then use it to remit payment to the address given on the invoice.
PayPal: Once you click "Place Your Order" you will be provided with information for making your payment by PayPal. By clicking on the "Buy Now" button on that page, you will be directed to the PayPal website to make your payment. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to make use of this option. PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card.

What is the "Card Code"?
For your safety and security, PCbeginner.com may require that you enter your card's verification number (also called "Card Code").
 |
For Visa, MasterCard or Discover, the verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. |
 |
The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. |

I accidentally made two payments. How to get one refunded?
Do not worry. If there is any duplicate payment, we will refund it.
Please do NOT contact PayPal or your credit card company, since doing so will get the issue complicated. Instead, please contact us directly with your payment information (ex. Order ID, Email, product name, mailing address...)

Yes you can download it again without paying again. Just contact us with your payment information.

The downloading link does not work.
If there is no response after directly clicking this link does not work, please copy and paste it to your Internet
browser's address bar, and then press "Enter" key.
It is usually caused by net congestion. Please try again later. Contact us if you have waited for more than 20 minutes.

I got "OOPS" page after I had put my order in.
Please read the information on the "OOPS" page carefully. If you do not know what is wrong, please contact us.

I got an error message while trying to use PayPal: "Your payment session has expired. To complete this transaction, you will need to enter your information again".
The PayPal system is designed to drop your connection, or 'time out', after five minutes of inactivity.
If the system is timing out in less than five minutes, it may be due to a loss of secure connection, which is usually caused by net congestion. When high net congestion occurs, secure server based web sites are affected the most. If the problem persists, please reset your Internet connection or try accessing the PayPal site at a later time.
