Problem details: Customer states that his installed adaware doesn't want to run. Solution details: After further analysis I found out that the customer bought a copy of a malware from www.adawareprofessional.com. The interface was the same as in lavasoft's adaware. He bought it in My, but right now the site doesn't work anymore. I remove all the traces of this malware. Customer has Norton installed and I recemmended him to use it.
